General Manager/Studio Manager
We are looking for exceptional Studio Manager (SM) to help lead the charge! Our SM is responsible for applying their hospitality expertise to maximize the performance in the following manners: Accountable for all financial and management aspects of the assigned properties including preparing, implementing and adhering to the owners strategic plan. Responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with staff as well maintaining contact with external business/community groups etc. to include supervising the daily activities of the maintenance and other contract services at the property.
1.Customer Service. Provide superior customer service and communication to high-end clients and prospects in order to maximize customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation and profitability.
2. Sales/Event Management. Develop, lead and manage a high-performing team, including photography sales, technology services (i.e. email blasts/promotions) event planning, maintenance and management of personnel, in order to build commitment to customer service, maximize their engagement and solicit return business.
3. Operations (including financial, inventory and sales management). Ensure the smooth property operations of the photo studio, salon, spa and event services division. Develop strategies and make decisions through marketing and other efforts to increase profitability and provide a return on investment for the organization.

Receptionist/Sales Consultant
This position requires someone who can be versatile and be able to multi-task. We are seeking an experienced sales person that can multi-task and host the front desk. Special Events / Sales Manager:
Job Requirement as follows:
1. Soliciting business, receiving incoming sales calls, sells event space/F&B and enters all appropriate information into the system.
2. Follows up with guest on details and payment issues.
3. Answers guest calls promptly, and returns all messages within the business day.
4. Responsible for accurate and prompt distribution of paperwork to all designated areas to ensure quality experience.
5. Works with the Manager to increase the client database through outside sales efforts, direct mail, phone calls, networking with local community organizations and associations, representing at trade shows and other community events, etc.
6. Maintains regular contact with current client base.
7. Handles any challenges promptly and to the guest's satisfaction. Refers to Studio Manager, if necessary.
8. Works with Manager on awareness campaign, sending regular communications to all companies within a 10-mile radius and to all current guests to promote regular and special activities.

Salon Manager:(Must be PA licensed)
We are looking for a new Salon Manager to join our team. If you are looking to join our family for a long-term, full time position, then you should apply. Salon and/or sales experience a plus! Position deals with clients on a regular basis. Must be professional, courteous, friendly and flexible for you will be dealing with many different personalities.
You will be responsible for many of the business aspects of the salon and working with the owner on a regular basis. The Salon Manager should hold the same technician skills a the performing stylist (see Hair/Make up and Nail Technician)

3. Manage scheduling and completion of all projects on time and successfully.
4. Work with CD/Owner to create proper timeline and shoot time expectations for different photography scenarios.
5. Ability to build standards for retouching practices that will increase productivity.
6. Work with approval proofing system to provide color accurate prints to vendors for reproduction.
7. Direct the implementation and maintenance of image/file cataloging, archiving and backup program.
8. Pursue on-going training in digital photography equipment and method to achieve optimum results.
